Lambert Hogenhout is a data, artificial intelligence, privacy and responsible technology leader at the United Nations. As a Council Member of The AI Values Institute, he contributes international expertise in AI governance, digital transformation and responsible innovation, helping inform the Institute's work on institutional readiness and sustainable AI value.

With more than twenty years of experience, Lambert advises senior United Nations leadership on AI strategy, data governance, privacy, digital ethics and the responsible use of emerging technologies. His work includes developing policies for innovation, advancing data literacy and supporting research into deep technologies and future digital capabilities.

An author and international keynote speaker, Lambert holds professional certifications in information privacy and privacy technology.
