Founding Steward, The AI Values Institute

Edosa Odaro is the Founding Steward of The AI Values Institute, where he leads the Institute's mission to advance sustainable AI value through research, executive engagement and governance innovation.

His work explores one of the defining leadership challenges of the AI era: how organisations can create AI value that is measurable, defensible and sustainable while strengthening trust, accountability and long-term institutional resilience.

Edosa is the originator of Enterprise AI Value Management, a management discipline for defining, governing, measuring and sustaining AI value across organisations. He is also the Architect of AIValueOS, the operating system that operationalises this discipline through governance methodologies, executive intelligence and technology.

Over more than two decades, Edosa has advised boards, governments and international institutions on data, AI and organisational transformation, supporting leaders responsible for complex organisational change across the public and private sectors.

He is the author of The Values of Artificial Intelligence, Making Data Work and Value-Driven Data, and is an internationally recognised speaker on AI value, governance and leadership, including at the United Nations.

Through the AI Values Institute, Edosa works with leaders across business, government, academia and civil society to help shape the future of AI value, governance and institutional leadership.
